How to Turn a Hula Hoop Into a Watermelon.
You will need
– Pencil &/or marker
– Gaffa tape, brushes, scissors
– Acrylic paint in watermelon colours
– Material
– A hula hoop
– Map of Palestine that fits inside your hoop

Time for action!
– Lay hoop on material
– Mark a border on your material
– Just enough so it will fold over when cut
– Cut out circle
– Tape material to hoop
– First as small pieces far apart
– Trim extra material as you go
– Go round adding more tape
– Until all edges are well taped
– Paint your new canvas white
– Trace map onto canvas
– Paint it red
– Fill the rest green
– Add stripes
– & seeds
– Highlight edge in white
– With pink just under
– You’re (not) done
